Registration
Registration for MMMA-2011 is organized as following.
First,
please register as a user of the website. You will be asked to choose your user name and password as well as to specify your name, email and affilliation information, which will be indicated in a list of participants, program, book of abstracts and other conference materials, and your full postal address you would like invitation and visa assistance letters to be sent to (you can specify or change it later). After having submitted the form, you will receive an email. Please follow the activation link included in it to enable your account. Having done this, you are able to log in as a registered user on the right side of any website’s page or here.
Second,
please fill three forms related to your participation in the particular conference. These three forms can be filled and edited independently, each untill the corresponding deadline (see Important Dates). The information submitted in each of the three forms is reviewed and, as long as it is correct, is confirmed by organizers shortly after the corresponding deadline or even earlier. As soon as this happens to your form, a notification is sent to the email address you provided during registration. If you make any changes in the form which has already been confirmed, another check is needed, and the confirmation status is reset.
Form 1. Application. Please use this form to let us know that you would like to take part in the particular conference. If you would like to give a talk at a session, please specify the one you would prefer. As soon as you apply for the conference, we will send a notification to the email address you provided during registration.
You can also use this form to cancel your application. Note, if you cancel your application, all the information you have entered in the three forms is removed from our database. Then we send a notification to the email address you provided during registration, and you can apply again online until the deadline.
It is possible to apply for the conference or cancel an application online using this form till the Application Deadline. If you would like to change the preferred session, please use the Talk Submission form.
Form 2. Details Submission. We kindly ask you to provide us with precise information on your visit to Moscow so that we could arrange accommodation and visa assistance for you and the people accompanying you. If you do not need some of this, please indicate it in the form explicitly and skip irrelevant fields.
It is possible to submit and alter your participation details using this form till the Details Submission Deadline.
Form 3. Talk Submission. Please use this form to submit and change the title and the abstract of your talk (if you are giving any), which will be published at the website and used in conference materials.
